Join us for a day that brings the spirit of Idaho’s food system into focus—up close and in person.
The Field to Fork Sandpoint Tradeshow is a curated, regional gathering designed to build community, celebrate local producers, and connect the dots between growers, makers, buyers, and the broader food-loving public. From 10 AM to noon, we welcome the public to explore the tradeshow, sample local products, and meet the producers behind them. Then, from noon to 2 PM, the space will shift to a more industry-focused format, allowing buyers and food system professionals to engage directly with vendors in a setting built for meaningful conversation.
After the tradeshow concludes, vendors and industry attendees are invited to stay for an informal networking hour, followed by two private roundtable sessions from 3–5 PM that will explore the challenges and opportunities facing our food system today. (Topics to be announced.)
We’re keeping this intentionally small—just 35 vendor booths—so that every participant has the space to connect and be seen. Vendor registration is now open. Buyers are encouraged to attend the full day. This is a standalone Field to Fork experience—but the day doesn’t end at 5 PM. Join us afterward for a stunning dinner in the *orchard. *Weather permitting.
