Paddock Spirits Co. proves that the best ideas often come from the tightest spots.

Paddock's Idaho roots run deep, with owners growing up in and between Boise, Lewiston, and Sandpoint before building a life in hospitality. When founders Cory and Blake Preston's cocktail bar faced its hardest stretch during the pandemic, the two got resourceful, packaging their bar's cocktails to-go in whatever they could find in bulk: otter pop sleeves, mason jars, vacuum bags, and eventually the humble 12oz can. What began as a scrappy workaround turned out to be something worth keeping.

Paddock grew into a full-fledged, award-winning canned cocktail company. In 2024, they entered the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and took home Best in Class for vodka-based ready-to-drink cocktails, beating out every major player in the global spirits industry after just a few months of production, then followed it up with Gold and Double Gold medals in 2025 and 2026.

Still fully owner-owned and operated, Paddock makes small-batch canned cocktails with 7x distilled premium vodka, real fruit, and natural flavors; perfect for the lake, the patio, the tailgate, and everywhere in between. Paddock is distributed throughout Idaho and Washington via Odom Distribution.
