Their Colombia Diego Parra Beltran Pink Bourbon took the sole Gold Medal in the Filter/Single Origin category. The STIL came in second place in the America's Best Ice Cream competition! 64 ice cream shops were selected out of 13,000 entrants to compete, and The STIL kept going through round after round, securing the runner-up spot.

Field to Fork is Back in Boise!
 
Save the date for February 10, 2027 for another fantastic Field to Fork Festival! We'll be featuring dozens of vendors, have speed dating for providers and buyers, chef demonstrations, panel discussion, and will wrap the whole event with a fantastic happy hour and legislative reception! If you have about 10 minutes, they have asked that this survey be distributed, which asks you about how things are going, how your business is faring in this economy, and what your business is experiencing. Your feedback is kept anonymous.
