We'll have dishes made with ingredients from Boise River Lamb, Bacon, Ballard Cheese, McIntyre Pastures, Mama Knows Best Micro Greens, and so many more amazing local farms, ranches and restaurants! Congratulations to Tobe Finch of Happy Day Restaurants for setting the world record for longest phillly cheesesteak - 1,347 feet long!! His work not only brought the record back to Lewiston, it raised money for the Boys & Girls Club.
 
Kudos to Evans Brothers Roasters in Sandpoint for taking the Gold Medal at the 2026 Global Coffee Awards! Their Colombia Diego Parra Beltran Pink Bourbon took the sole Gold Medal in the Filter/Single Origin category. Another of their roasts, the Costa Rica Las Lajas Pedra Natural earned an Honorable Mention in the Filter/Natural category. Be sure to try out their award-winning coffees in Sandpoint!
 
The STIL came in second place in the America's Best Ice Cream competition! 64 ice cream shops were selected out of 13,000 entrants to compete, and The STIL kept going through round after round, securing the runner-up spot.

Field to Fork is Back in Boise!
 
Save the date for February 10, 2027 for another fantastic Field to Fork Festival! We'll be featuring dozens of vendors, have speed dating for providers and buyers, chef demonstrations, panel discussion, and will wrap the whole event with a fantastic happy hour and legislative reception! The Clearwater Economic Development Association recently announced the Revitalization Investment for Small Enterprises (RISE) loan program for small businesses and nonprofits in north central Idaho. These microloans can be used to improve the visibility and look of buildings in the region, include signage, landscaping, security improvements and more.
