Hosted by FARE Idaho, this gathering brings together farmers, ranchers, food producers, retailers, chefs, and community members to connect, collaborate, and explore how we can build a more resilient regional food system—together.

 

We will be featuring great news and tips for any small business owners, as well as a dedicated time for producers in North Idaho to meet with buyers from area hospitality venues. Come prepared to make some great connections that will help your business grow!

 

Doors will open for the event at 11:30 a.m. Lunch and snacks provided.

The Snake River Heritage Center invites you to a special community event dedicated to the preservation of our regional legacy. These evenings serve as a vital connection between our storied past and our community's future. Attendees will enjoy an immersive experience over dinner, and then become the detectives. These murder mystery dinners take place in Weiser. Members of the Snake River Heritage Center are given first dibs on tickets for the event. The Boise Co-Op has applied to the City of Meridian for a third location to be located near Chinden Blvd. & Black Cat Rd. 

 

New USDA Meat Processing Plant Opens in Washington - Capital Press

Lone Crow Meat Processing has opened this month as a brand new USDA-certified slaughter facility. Cody & Jen Hoseth are first generation farmers that took nearly a decade to bring this facility to fruition from the ground up.
